Early on in his life, Philipp set himself the goal of completely mastering his body in terms of appearance and function. When he met Jana, they started to work on this goal together and developed a deep passion for both mental and physical health. Today, they are dedicated to sharing their knowledge and skills with others, helping people achieve their own health and fitness goals.

They will teach the following classes:

  • Calisthenics Basics 

  • Hyrox (Jana is a Hyrox athlete)

  • Functional Fitness 

  • Full Body HIIT 

  • (Hill) Sprints

  • 45-60 min endurance run

 

What to Expect:


Philipp and Jana are obsessed with understanding how our bodies and minds actually work. Their overall goal is to make themselves and the people around them feel good. You can achieve anything you want with your thoughts. Everything you need to succeed is already within you.
