Master Wong is a martial artist and family coach helping all ages grow in confidence through self-defence, calm movement, and practical skills.
He'll be teaching Tai Chi Flow, Basic Self-defence classes for adults and family. Fitness & Confidence movement for all ages.
You´ll experience energizing Tai Chi sessions to restore calm and balance, and dynamic self-defence training to build strength, safety, and confidence — all delivered with care and a family friendly approach.
