Master Wong is a martial artist and family coach helping all ages grow in confidence through self-defennse, calm movement, and practiacal skills.
He´ll be teach classes lik Tai Chi Flow, Basic Self-Defense for Adults and Family Fitness & Confidence movement for all ages.
You´ll experience energizing Tai Chi session to restore calm and balance, and dynamic self-defense training to build strength, safety, and confidence — all delivered with care and a family-friendly approach.
