Nicole is a Passionate yoga and fitness instructor who loves to share the joy of movement and the connection to the body. Creating classes where guests can find strength, balance, relaxation and joy on both the mat and in energetic workouts.
With her you can expect yoga sessions (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin) that support balance, relaxation and new energy. In addition, motivating Cycling classes and dynamic BodyCombat sessions invite them to feel strong, present and full of joy.

Whitney is a fitness instructor who works in Aberdeen, Scotland. Previously taught in England and Australia. she´s 37 years old and have been a fitness instructor for a decade.
She will be teaching Step class, legs, bums and core (LBC), les mills BodyPump, a cycle class, HIIT and aerobics.
