As a naturopath for osteopathy, nutrition coach and course instructor, I am convinced that mental fitness, nutrition and sporting activity are very closely linked and lead to a healthy and balanced life. This is also the motto in my practice - fit and vital into old age. That's why I try to challenge and support each participant individually in my training sessions.
