Emily is an experienced personal trainer who specializes in body composition and weight loss. She brings an athletic perspective to strength and conditioning, as well as a strong focus on mobility and recovery.
She will be teaching a variety of classes, including Tabata, Core, HIIT, Teens WOD, Boxing, and much more!
In Emily’s classes, you’ll experience a fun, motivational trainer who’s passionate about making training both effective and enjoyable.
Holger is a 2nd‑degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu with a decade of teaching for recreational and competition participants. His focus is on effective, no‑gi grappling for all levels— and of course, having a lot of fun.
Throughout the week, with Holger you will explore key aspects of No‑Gi grappling including takedowns, control positions, transitions, escapes, submissions, and strategy. Sessions are adapted for all skill levels, with a focus on practical technique, progression, and personal growth on the mat.

She will be teaching a mash up of Vinyasa Yoga, Barre Fitness, Creative Pilates (matwork & reformer) and an array of Dance Fitness fusion classes.
