Alessa Gehrmann is an energetic, open‑minded, and health‑focused instructor who lives an active lifestyle while appreciating good food and moments of relaxation. With her positive spirit and motivating nature, she inspires others to stay active, enjoy movement, and reach their fitness goals with enthusiasm.
During her stay, Alessa will be teaching Zumba, Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Stretch sessions, Bungee Fitness, Hula Hoop with choreography, Back Fit, and Abs–Legs–Glutes classes.
