Martial arts week with ex-national judo fighter, European vice-champion and world champion Stefan Buben (certified trainer of the German Olympic Sports Confederation).
Join us for a week of martial arts (Judo, Sambo, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai / Kickboxing or Fitness Boxing) and train twice a day as a team either directly in the ring or on the tatami.
Either seek the new challenge "martial arts" under the Canarian sun or improve your skills under excellent guidance.
The camp language is German, but communication in English is also no problem!
The camp costs 180,00 € if booked in advance or 200,00 € if booked on site at the resort.
Stefan Buben (60) has been living for martial arts for more than 50 years. He has been pursuing his passion as a trainer on the mat for more than 45 years and tries to inspire everyone with their respective strengths and weaknesses for martial arts!
Many of his students fought and still fight in the German national league.
Former UFC fighter Nick Hein was also trained by Stefan and also mentored him in Rio de Janeiro/Brazil in 2018.
Audrey Tcheuméo, two-time Olympic medallist and judo world champion, travels to Stefan again and again to get new motivation and inspiration for her daily training in France.
