Boot camp is a group exercise class that takes you down onto the beach. The class uses body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. You will work in teams and on your own to push your body to its limits.

You start at the sport zone and make your way around the hotel using the environment as your playground, your final workout will finish at the beach - be prepared to get a little bit dirty!
