In this beginner swim camp, everyone who wants to learn the correct technique in the water is welcome. The focus is on having fun, while volume and intensity play only a minor role. The experienced coaches tailor the training program to your individual needs, allowing you to enjoy your vacation and focus on your sport. This way, you’ll gain a comprehensive introduction to a fascinating sport and learn the basics of the freestyle technique.

All camps are welcoming international guests and will be held in German and English.

The physiotherapist and athlete Julia van Kaldekerken, in her function as Head of Training and Head of bellicon+ , is responsible for bellicon’s online training platform and the whole sports related design. Bellicon is the premium brand and manufacturer of sport- and health-oriented mini trampolines. Since 2017 she has also been working as a master trainer for all concepts at bellicon AG. Furthermore she developed her own HIIT concepts Jumping meets Shadowboxer® and Shadowboxer Performance®.

A week of practising and studying one of the world´s oldest disciplines, Thai Chi Chuan, an internal form of Chinese Martial Arts, with Master Franco Galeazzo, 6th degree gold belt in Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan, a pupil of an original trainee of Master Chang Dsu Yao, 10th degree red belt, and member of the Fong Ttai European Federation School of Kung Fu ( FESK)
