Fitness week with Antonia Violett
Antonia is a passionate trainer from Germany who loves training hard, motivating others, and breaking a good sweat together.
Throughout the week, she teaches HIIT, Les Mills Strength Development, Les Mills Functional Strength, and a variety of hybrid and athletic classes.
Her sessions focus on building strength and enhancing athletic performance, while inspiring each individual to push beyond their limits. All fitness levels are welcome — everyone can participate!
