Join Trisutto Coach Irene Coletto for individual advice on your swim, bike and run while training in the warm winter sun in the beautiful island.
During the camp you will receive advice during all workouts.
You will get individual advice on swim, bike and run techniques, while applying the Trisutto training methods to improve your performance. Every camp is different, but a typical camp will include 15-20 hours of training across all three disciplines.
This weekend, from 26th to 28th May, will take place the Canarian Basketball Championship Precadete Masculino.
Especially the improvement of the technique in swimming leads to strength savings, which facilitate the successful completion of the two following disciplines. In addition, swimming in the Olympic pool of the Playitas Resort and under the Canary Islands sun is simply fun! Whether beginners, advanced swimmers, ambitious triathletes or simply sports enthusiasts who want to get fit again - everyone is welcome at our camps!
