This week you will be filled with lots of energy that boosts your mood, reduces stress, strengthens the immune system and much more. The focus is on movements ranging from yoga to high intensity, weight training and training with own body weight. All at YOUR own pace. We attach great importance to the correct execution of the exercises. Lots of cozy social moments and communal dining!

PlayitasBike Fuerteventura will take place on Sepember 30th. It is a sporting cycling event included in the official calendar of the Canarian Cycling Federation and, in the same the indicated cycling event is disputed in the specialties:
Marathon (60,400 km) and Half Marathon (41,500 km).

Are you between 15 and 18 years old? Join our Handball Campus.
The campus is aimed at all those in the juvenile, infant, cadet and youth categories (born between 2005 and 2008), divided into 5 training groups according to the criteria of age and sports level.
